YOU CAN HELP

by donating nonperishable items ahead of time

We can always use packages of cookies or snacks, individually packed cheese-peanut butter crackers and snack cakes, candy.

Bottled water or fruit drinks (that will keep)

Coffee, paper plates, bowls, cups and

plastic silverware (forks, reg. spoons, soup spoons)

(if not used the first month, they will be held for the next) or

$1.00 toward the cost of perishable items and supplies.

If you would like to donate perishable items, give to Bob

a few days before the event.

Volunteer to work

Group leaves the church parking lot at 10 A.M. and returns between 2-2:30 P.M.

We have use of the church van.

We need 5-6 adults (18 yrs or older) to help set up and serve the meal. At this time, for safety reasons,

we request that no children under 14 come and children between 14-17 must come

with another adult.

It's a very small facility.

Please contact Bob if you would like to help serve.

Volunteer to Cook

Need 2 or 3 people for some of the meals to help pre-cook at the church kitchen from 8-10 A.M.

Please contact Bob if you would like to help.

This ministry has been put on

hold. The facility at we were using is no longer available.

We are currently working on finding a kitchen in the greater Harrison area to serve out of.

Matt and the Band came back and these awesome bunch of people are coming whenever they can to provide country/Christian music and the opportunity for group participation.
